23 cent land - with a very old house. We stay in that but we always feel it's better to construct a new house. We purchased it before 3 years. Coconut trees - four of them are there. Small coconuts but we never had to purchase coconut oil since our stay here. Since we are old and mostly on pilgrimages, we couldn't plant more trees. Still whenever possible we grow some of vegetables. Transport - just walk a bit to catch bus to Kechery, Velur, Erumapetty, Guruvayoor. Easy to reach Kottappuram, Mangad etc. Temple - an old, small but very effective Sri Murugan temple in a walking distance. Government school, Kurooramma Temple, Devi Temple, Narasimha Temple etc. are within short distance. But, the most important it's just 45 mins away from Guruvayoor Temple!
